Waivers

Thank you for registering for BruinMUN 2025! We look forward to welcoming you to UCLA the weekend of November 8th - 9th, 2025.

This form is to be completed by all participants prior to the conference weekend. In addition to reviewing and acknowledging our BruinMUN Delegate Code of Conduct, this form contains both the general release of liability and photo release waivers that must be completed by all conference participants (competing or not). THE ONLINE FORM WILL CLOSE AT 11:59 PM ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6th.

After the submission window closes and the form is no longer accepting responses, a paper waiver must be brought to the conference on the day-of or your allocation will be withheld. The paper waiver can be found below.

**ONE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH PARTICIPANT (DELEGATE, ADVISOR, ETC).**
