This is a great way to familiarize yourself with background on your country. Government set up, resources, and much more can be found here. Just start by entering your country name!

The United Nations Website

Here you can do searches for resolutions, committees, events, and other UN documents that your country has participated in or signed on to. You can also do specific research on your committee and it’s past works. Search your country name to research its UN involvement.

Google News captures stories from all over the internet, pooling stories together for you. Try doing a Google News search for recent events or news within your country you should know about. Try narrowing your search by also entering in your committee name or the topic at hand to see what your country has done.
