Dear Delegates and Faculty Advisors,

It is with great honor that I invite you to the fifth annual University of California, Los Angeles MUN Conference—LAMUN 2010. In accordance with previous years, we will maintain our fundamental goals of offering you a professional, intriguing, and above all, enjoyable conference. This year at LAMUN 2010, we will continue our tradition of collaborative committees that will challenge and surprise you, all with the assistance of the most modern equipment used for the most interactive crises.

LAMUN 2010 will be entirely crisis based, and this year, we will have an overarching theme to our conference. Each committee in this conference will be based on historical crises. Instead of a conference that just touches on a little of everything, LAMUN 2010 will be emphasizing what brought us to where we are today. The committees in this conference will be comprised of small to medium sized committees, ranging from the Greek Wars to Star Wars!

Built with our fundamental core values, our main focus is to provide all delegates an environment conducive to interactive debate, all with the goal of making LAMUN 2010 the most memorable experience of your MUN career. I therefore invite you to join us from April 16-18, 2010 here at the beautiful University of California, Los Angeles campus, where I hope we together can experience one of the most interactive, innovative and unforgettable conferences ever— LAMUN 2010.
