It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the Los Angeles Model United Nations Conference (LAMUNC), hosted by Model United Nations at the University of California, Los Angeles. The conference will take place from January 16-18, 2009 on the UCLA campus.

LAMUNC is an intermediate-level, diplomacy-oriented college conference that features small-sized original, regional, and specialized committees. Our experienced chairs value policy and performance, while promoting ingenuity and quality in their committees. This makes for exciting committees and an overall riveting experience. This year, we are proud to present the Organization of American States, Future Security Council, Paris 1919: Partition of the Middle East, and Iran/Israel Crisis Cabinets among many others committees.

In addition to interactive committees, our conference offers a great delegate social at one of the hottest clubs in Los Angeles, a travel-friendly schedule, a convenient location near all the LA and Hollywood hotspots, and world famous Southern California weather. Our secretariat is working hard to put on a quality conference, and we hope that you will join us.
