Hotel Palomar

Delegations are responsible for arranging their own hotel accommodations, but we have worked out a discount with Hotel Palomar. It is important to note that to get be eligible for the special rates all reservations must be made by April 1.

Rates -  

There are two numbers that you can call when making your reservation:

·   There is a charge of $20.00 per person for each additional person in the room.

·   All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 14%, which are subject to change without prior notice.

·   These rates are exclusive of additional services such as transportation fees, porterage fees, reservation fees, etc.

·   At Hotel’s discretion, Hotel may offer these rates three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the meeting dates as indicated on the first page of this contract, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.

Upon calling for reservations - you need to clarify that you are delegates for LAMUN 2010 to get the aforementioned special rates.
